Happy New Year, y’all! First, thanks to everyone who packed the house for the year-end trivia showdown a couple weeks back. Tuesday Heartbreak continued their roll by winning, an awesome team with an awesome name that I can’t remember right now came in second, and the team previously known as Dead Meat came in third and chose “A Song of Ice and Fire” – that is, the George RR Martin “Game of Thrones” series – as the theme for round 5 tomorrow. And I begrudgingly will acknowledge that the best team name prize went to “Hermaphrodite Etebari”…well played.
